In June/July 2013 TCS provided a Social Media campaign for our clients Ibo Island Lodge and Mozambique Travel. We traveled for 1 month in Mozambique creating active and engaging Social Media content which was distributed through the top social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram using the hashtag #moztravel.
The idea was to create content of a Mozambique Adventure showing images of travel in Mozambique and not just the normal tourist shots of white sandy beaches to encourage others to engage.
We also provided practical Social Media training for the lodges that hosted us along the way and content for their pages.

Our Trip  IMG_6525

Our one month trip started in the North of Mozambique with a flight to Pemba before an air transfer to Ibo Island Lodge on the Quirimbas Aquipelago.
After spending 5 nights at Ibo Island Lodge which included an over night Dhow Safari and their famous lunch on the Sand Bank Beach, we were transferred by dhow and speedboat to Quilalea Private Island for 2 night of 5-star luxury.
Our trip then took us to Pemba and then to The World Heritage Site of Ila De Mozambique which didn’t disappoint and neither did our hosts Escondidinho.
Following a photographic journey back in time and on this historic island we headed to the remote Nuarro Eco Lodge for a few days Scuba Diving, Kayaking and enjoying another amazing beach location.
Feeling fully relaxed our next trip was a flight to Maputo to sink our teeth into the hustle and bustle of Maputo the countries capital which you can imagine was a complete shock to the system.
Our final days of our trip were spent back at the beach! Simply enjoying everything thing that is Mozambique, Great Beaches, Great Food and Great People.
